Job description

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. to find a qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) in Lafayette, Indiana, 47905!

Pay Information

$2,292 per week

About The Position

Monday - Friday + One weekend day per month throughout their contract. Minimum of 1 year OT at Acute Hospital BLS, IN state license, NBCOT Manual Therapy, Lymphedema certifications / licenses preferred. Cerner Experience preferred Inpatient acute care rehab team of 19 professionals. Expect to see patients in all levels of acuity from ICU to progressive care units with diagnoses of CABG & other cardiac procedures, stroke, TBI, joint replacement, fracture repairs, respiratory illnesses, dementia, MS, Parkinson, ambulation, etc. OT is expected to evaluate, develop and follow POC that may include ADL training, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic activities to improve function and asses appropriateness of discharge disposition recommendations on daily basis. Scrub color : Royal Blue, Black shoes Charting : Cerner Effective 11 / 30 / 24, IU Health will not allow IN RN s to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). The last day for IN RNs to start a NEW contract is 9 / 9 (allows them to finish a contract by 11 / 30).

  • Periop / OR RN s, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11 / 30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS
