Spanish-Speaking Sales Assistant
As a Spanish-Speaking Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team by managing client communications, following up on leads, and ensuring all documentation and processes are handled efficiently. You will be responsible for supporting Spanish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
Assist the sales team in managing leads, scheduling appointments, and following up on prospects.
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing client questions and concerns.
Translate documents, emails, and marketing materials from English to Spanish (and vice versa).
Maintain and update CRM systems with client information, interactions, and progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client inquiries.
Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client documentation.
Assist in tracking sales performance and compiling reports for management.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proficiency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Previous experience in a sales or customer service role.
Familiarity with sales processes and lead management.
Experience translating business or sales-related documents.
