JOB DESCRIPTION

This Custodian opening is a full-time (M-F) position, with hours that may vary from 9 am - 7 pm.

The Custodian will physically clean and perform custodial care of warehouse buildings and offices. Ensures a clean, orderly warehouse and office environment for all staff and visitors.

May perform routine maintenance of equipment and make minor repairs to premises and furnishings.

JOB DUTIES

• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, breakrooms, and offices.
• Clean, mop, wash, buff, and vacuum all floors.
• Empty trash containers and replace trash bags.
• Refills all restroom dispensers (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, etc.).
• Clean windows, baseboards, and dust furniture as needed.
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
• All other duties as described by the management.

EDUCATION

High School Diploma or equivalent education GED. Preferred

Minimum one (1) - two (2) years experience. Preferred

Must have regular and reliable attendance, and be a team player. Valid clear Drivers License. Ability to lift 20lbs or more.
