Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve escalated technical issues across multiple systems
Mentor Product Support Specialists and contribute to documentation and knowledge base
Provide feedback on issue patterns and support process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
3+ years in a technical or product support role within a SaaS or tech environment
Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Google Workspace, or GitHub
Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and debugging tools like Postman
Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams
Credentialing experience is a plus
