This is the perfect position for a retired CDL Driver who is looking to help out his or her community! Elaine Ellis Center of Health has an immediate need for a PRN CDL driver to drive our 45 foot mobile health van in the Washington, DC and Maryland area.
You will be responsible for safely driving and parking the van between our healthcare center and local outreach activities.
Responsibilities :
- Safely operate a mobile healthcare van
- Load and unload equipment and supplies, as needed
- Properly track and document mobile van maintenance
- Promptly report any issues or incidents to administration
- Inspect the mobile van before and after trips to ensure safe operation
- Maintain a clean driving record
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in truck driving or other large vehicles
- Possess a clean Commercial driver's license with no driving infractions
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong work ethic
- Demonstrate dependability and reliability
