Responsibilities :
- A proactive, resourceful leader who thrives on developing others and holding them accountable Responsibilities Write sales reports and showcase sales efforts including sales volume and progress to help create new sales goals.
- Manage our sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targets, assigning sales territories, and overseeing ongoing training programs to set the team up for success.
- Determine our sales strategies and sales objectives to hit our sales goals.
- Identify new sales opportunities, emerging markets, and lead generation programs to keep us growing.
- Maintain long-lasting customer relationships and manage customer complaints to ensure we are meeting their needs.
- Lead, coach, and support agents through 1 : 1s, trainings, and performance check-ins.
- Manage lead distribution, CRM activity, and accountability systems.
- Monitor metrics, drive lead conversion, and oversee contests and incentive programs.
- Foster a collaborative team culture and support recruiting / retention initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to grow systems, training, and team performance
Required Skills :
Bachelor`s degree8+ years of sales, business development and Lead generation exp in Real estate industrySolid exp with “Bay area market”8+ years of exp in managing sales team by creating a sales plan for each sales representative, setting individual sales targetsExcellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.Extensive real estate sales experience as a proven top producer Management or team leadership experience strongly preferred
