What you'll do As a Digital Forensics Analyst for Internal Investigations, you will be a key member in applying your expertise to uncover digital evidence, analyze data, and provide critical insights to support internal investigations.

You will partner with a wide range of functional groups including HR, Compliance, and Legal teams. You are a highly motivated individual with strong emotional intelligence.

You have the ability to drive cross-functional projects, successfully collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, and stay current on best practices and industry standards.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Investigations. Responsibility Perform internal digital forensic investigations for Legal, HR, and other partners, including data loss or unauthorized data access and other internal matters Exercise a high degree of discretion, confidentiality, and respect for privacy when conducting investigations Identify and mitigate insider risks in our infrastructure and processes and support other general insider risk and eDiscovery operations Collaborate with the wider security team to identify efficiencies, automations and improvements for detections Partner with stakeholders to increase security awareness training and messaging Work outside of core hours occasionally Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic 5+ years of experience in digital forensics, internal investigations, and / or insider risk Deep experience with cybersecurity principles, including insider threat detection, data protection, access controls, and detection and response platforms Experience with investigations involving cloud productivity tooling Experience with DLP / CASB event analysis and response Experience with EDR solutions Experience with digital forensic tooling and techniques Preferred Agile, inquisitive and inventive Experience performing remote and hands-on forensic collections Awareness and knowledge of basic eDiscovery tooling, techniques and operations Exposure to programming, scripting and query languages such as Python, SQL Wage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations : California : $122,300 - $190,650 base salary Washington and New York (including NYC metro area) : $116,500 - $168,200 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
