CT Technologist

General Job Description :

Use radiation safety measures and protection devices to comply with government regulations and to ensure safety of patients and staff.

Review and evaluate x-rays, fluoroscopic, CT, and DEXA computer-generated images to help determine if images are satisfactory for diagnostic purposes.

Position patient and imaging equipment and adjust controls to set exposure time and distance, according to specification of examination.

Perform intravenous injections with authorized contrast material

Explain procedures and observe patients to ensure safety and comfort during scan.

Eligible candidates must have

Current CPR and Venipuncture license

AART / CRT Certification with Fluoroscopy permit

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, Temporary
