Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, drive team performance, and uphold Carmine’s standards of excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is passionate about hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
Qualifications
