Job Description
The Senior Manager role is a member of the Wealth Technology Finance Team, responsible for delivering impactful and insightful financial analysis to our business partners.
The role will support critical strategies to transform the Wealth Technology Domain’s delivery and operations in areas such as Budget and Workforce Planning, Vendor Analysis, and the TBM Model.
This role works closely with Wealth technology partners, finance operations & planning teams, and finance partners across Fidelity providing financial decision support, planning direction, and business analytics.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree a plus
- 8+ years of financial planning and analysis experienc
- A successful track record in financial P&L management and analysis
- Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) with experience in PowerBI, Anaplan, and Technology Business Management
- Proficiency in vendor management tools (Ariba, ProSource)
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization

- Strong attention to detail and ownership for managing large quantities of detailed information with high levels of accuracy
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines

- Strong Power BI and Excel experience helpful
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum work environments is a plus
The Value You Deliver
- Lead for Wealth Tech Reporting, which will entail headcount and expense modeling
- Helping our technology partners execute on budget plans and effectively manage investment funding
- Working with technology leads to develop business cases and ROIs supporting investment decision making
- Proactive partnership and communication with business and Finance partners
- Providing ad hoc analysis for the Wealth CIO and members of the senior Wealth Technology management team
- Demonstrating excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to synthesize complex issues & key points, and effectively communicate information in a concise manner appropriate for executive business decision making
- Finding opportunities to streamline work processes to make the team more efficient and effective
- Using tools and business knowledge to continuously provide insightful information, reporting and analytics that evolve with changes in the business
