About the role :

AndrenaM is tackling the complex challenge of building a real-time data platform to process inputs from thousands of autonomous marine systems. Youll work across the stackfrom embedded systems to cloud infrastructure and user interfacesand be instrumental in building systems that are robust, scalable, and secure.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who thrives in a startup environment, wants to work on meaningful problems, and is excited about applying advanced software to real-world defense and autonomy challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop full stack features across embedded systems, cloud infrastructure, and user-facing applications
• Design and implement scalable systems for real-time data ingestion and analysis
• Contribute to architectural decisions and shape the technical roadmap
• Collaborate closely with hardware and autonomy teams
• Improve user experience based on feedback from real-world operators
• Mentor teammates and foster a high-performance engineering culture
• Take ownership of key systems and drive projects from concept to deployment
