Position Summary
A growing financial institution is seeking a driven professional to expand and strengthen client relationships through innovative cash management and deposit solutions. This role focuses on delivering tailored financial services to business clients while driving growth in deposits, fee income, and client retention. The position also provides strategic support to relationship managers and serves as the internal expert for treasury products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively build and expand a portfolio of deposit and treasury relationships through outreach to clients and prospects.
- Collaborate with relationship teams to uncover opportunities, support client acquisition, and deliver customized solutions.
- Act as the lead advisor for treasury needs, overseeing onboarding, training, and ongoing client support.
- Monitor market activity, adjust strategies, and recommend product enhancements to stay competitive.
- Train internal teams and clients on treasury services to ensure adoption and success.
- Safeguard compliance by ensuring products and services meet all regulatory and internal requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and elevate the client experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated success in a sales-oriented role with measurable results.1+ year of financial services experience (treasury, business banking, or commercial preferred).2+ years of sales experience focused on profitable growth.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.Work Environment
