We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling electronic components used in boats and aircraft. This position requires precision, focus, and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Candidates with prior assembly experience—especially in electronics—are highly encouraged to apply.
Assemble small electronic parts and components according to specifications and diagrams
Use hand tools and basic power tools in a safe and efficient manner
Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures
Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and proper assembly
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Communicate any issues or defects to supervisors or quality control team
Adhere to all safety and quality standards at all times
Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing required (electronics experience preferred)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs if needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
