Cardiothoracic Surgery - Kissimmee, FL A well-established and expanding cardiovascular and thoracic surgical group is seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join their team in Kissimmee, Florida. Position Details Join a growing network of experienced cardiothoracic surgeons with locations throughout Florida, including Gainesville, Tallahassee, Ocala, Orlando, Fort Walton Beach, and Pensacola Practice performs : - Coronary revascularization - Valve repair and replacement - Broad-based thoracic surgery Advanced programs include : - TAVR - Minimally invasive cardiac and robotic thoracic surgery - Aortic surgery and ECMO Inpatient / Outpatient Qualifications Board certified / board eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery Experience and comfort level with : - Aortic disease - Valve repair / replacement (open and endovascular procedures) - TAVR Familiarity with advanced technologies that reduce the invasiveness of thoracic and cardiovascular procedures Strong team-building and collaborative skills with a proven record of positive outcomes Minimum of 5 years' experience preferred, though candidates with less are encouraged to apply Facility Details Work with a collaborative interdisciplinary team including : - Cardiologists - Anesthesiologists - Surgeons - RN and Critical Care staff Focused on achieving the highest quality care and patient outcomes Location Conveniently located 35 miles south of downtown Orlando, Poinciana is the largest unincorporated master-planned community in the U.S and is one of the fastest growth areas for Central Florida over the past decade.
