Im partnering with a well-established national commercial builder thats looking for an experienced On-Site Project Manager in Irvine, CA. This role oversees projects from bid to completion, managing subcontractors, ensuring contract compliance, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project operations from bid through closeout
• Review and prepare bids; evaluate subcontractor pricing and proposals
• Qualify, negotiate, and administer subcontractor agreements
• Process change orders and ensure contract documentation is accurate
• Coordinate with owners, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Lead project meetings and support scheduling and planning efforts
• Assist with estimating and maintaining project documentation
