Basic Function Under limited supervision, provide sales support for new and in-process orders within the Energy & Processing Technology (EPT) Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process sales orders within SAP and working with SalesForce.
- Set up new customers and maintain existing customer's records.
- Participate in customer service meetings.
- Support accounting department with order and billing-related tasks.
- Generate and distribute acknowledgments to customers.
- Track order status from receipt of Purchase Order to delivery of products.
- Proactively update customers, outside sales, and managers on delivery complications
- Serve as point of contact between customers and Johnson Screens, Inc
- Generate month-end reports using SAP and Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist project managers on projects as needed. Enter project data into the SAP project system, create invoices, and assist in developing the data book.
- Manage Letters of Credit and Bank Warranties
- Understand and comply with all HSE, Compliance, and other Company Policies
- Adhere to the Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, operating and technical procedures, and work instructions as they apply to the position.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.
- This position reports directly to the EPT Inside Sales Manager.
