Role Overview : The

People Insights Partner plays a pivotal role in transforming data into action. This position blends analytics, storytelling, and strategic partnership to support business decisions, improve retention, and elevate the overall team member experience across our northern portfolio.

This position requires frequent travel in New Jersey and other states as required. While a hybrid role, the selected candidate must reside in New Jersey .

What You'll Do :

Analyze and interpret people data (turnover, engagement, compensation, scheduling, etc.) to uncover trends and insights.

Develop clear reports to guide executive decisions.

Partner closely with the People Experience Partner, SVP of People & Culture, and field leaders to recommend strategies that enhance culture and operational outcomes.

Design and maintain key metrics dashboards (turnover and retention rates, labor usage and overtime, etc.).

Support regulatory compliance by completing audits in communities to ensure all communities are aligned and always survey ready.

Translate insights into actionable initiatives that align with company goals and values.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field is preferred , not required.

1-2 years of experience in HR data, people operations, or workforce insights (senior living experience a plus).

Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and data visualization tools.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills - able to translate data into meaning.
