The Manager, Project Process & Capabilities is responsible for providing the leadership, guidance, and oversight to portfolio, program, and project management tools and capabilities, providing and deploying standards across IMSC. The Manager must successfully lead the capabilities' maturation to align prioritization & execution across IMSC.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Ownership & Integration

Develop and improve processes, communications, and training necessary to support portfolio, project, and resource management across the J&JIM supply chain.

Ensure day-to-day process support to the IMSC portfolio, program & project management community as well as apply innovative solutions to optimize and continuously mature the capabilities.

Qualifications

Education :

Experience and Skills :

Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience

Knowledge / deep understanding of Portfolio & Project Management related systems and tools; experience with Portfolio / Project management software

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $102,000 USD to $177,100 USD. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
