Position Summary :

Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities for dedicated Infusion sets through research, strategic planning and implementation. Responsible for achievement of various business objectives to include strategic, tactical projects and financial metrics.

Responsibilities : Essential Duties

• Manages overall profitability of complex product line (large dollar volume, major product development).
• Responsible for the development, implementation and control of marketing programs to maintain and increase market share and profits.
• Develops and administers launch plans for new or revised products, creates and administers strategies for increasing market share of existing products, and assists in retirement and communication planning for product decommissioning. -Evaluates
• performance of marketing initiatives and revises strategy in response.
• Participates in planning of sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows,or user meetings.
• Responsible for short- and long-term planning / forecasting to ensure inventory of sets aligns with forecasted infusion pump demand. Collaborates closely with demand and supply planning monthly to review and update the inventory and financial plans

Salary $115,000-$135,000

The targeted range for this role takes into account a range of factors that are considered when making compensation and hiring decisions; included but not limited to : skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. You must fully comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Customers in your region, including any necessary proof of any vaccination. As such, all individuals in this position assigned to a Healthcare Customer with a COVID-19, Influenza, Hepatitis B Virus, or other vaccination requirement must be fully vaccinated and / or immunized in accordance with the Healthcare Customers' requirements.
