Job Description

BoxCrush is seeking a versatile, full-stack Senior .NET web application developer. Applicants should be comfortable customizing Content Management Systems and eCommerce solutions, using C#, MS SQL, Web Forms, MVC, and Web Services. Applicants will work with graphic designers and / or UX designers to create beautiful websites and web applications.

Necessary skills

  • Read, write, and speak English proficiently
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related area of study
  • 3+ Years Development Experience in .NET MVC (C#) Web Applications
  • 3+ Years Development Experience with .NET Web Forms (C#) Web Applications
  • Technical Proficiencies in C#, , MVC, WebApi, Web Services (REST and SOAP), LINQ and Entity Framework, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Json, XML
  • Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server
  • Multi-tier and Multi-layer .NET Web Applications
  • S.O.L.I.D. programming and design principles
  • Cross-device and cross-browser development and testing
  • Desktops, laptops, tablets, phones
  • Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, Edge
  • Strong communication skills, patient attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box

Helpful Skills (Not Required)

  • Experience with Sitefinity, nopCommerce
  • Dependency Injection (IoC)
  • jQuery, Bootstrap, Kendo UI, Three.js, AngularJS, SASS
  • Telerik tools and controls
  • Docker (Software Containers)
  • Utilize Amazon Web Services
  • EC2, SES, S3, RDS, IAM, CDN
  • Hosting Management on AWS EC2 Instances
  • Manage Server Roles and Features
  • Manage IIS, FTP, User Accounts
  • SQL Server Management
  • SSL Certificates
  • Network Security
