Location : ONSITE in Grand Rapids, MI

Salary : 60,000-75,000

Our client is seeking an Human Resources Generalist to support their core HR functions including payroll, employee relations, and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in HR practices who is ready to grow and take on broader responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities for Human Resources Generalist

• Administer and process payroll accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with multi-state employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct employee relations investigations and support conflict resolution.
• Assist with policy development, onboarding, and HR documentation.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Support HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
