Coater – 2nd Shift | Lebanon, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring for our client in Lebanon, IN! We are seeking reliable 2nd Shift Coaters to join a fast-paced food manufacturing team producing “Better for You” cereals and snacks.

Shift & Pay

2nd Shift : Monday–Friday | 2 : 15 PM – 10 : 45 PM

Pay $19

About the Role

The Coater ensures the consistent preparation of cereal and snack mixes while maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards. This role is critical to supporting production flow and quality compliance, working closely with Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and R&D teams. The Coater must follow precise formulas and documentation processes, ensuring each batch meets company standards. Cross-functional tasks in sanitation or warehouse operations may also be assigned.

Job Responsibilities

Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure adherence to recipes and standards.

Collaborate with Sanitation to uphold cleanliness and food defense.

Measure, weigh, and document ingredient usage accurately.

Assemble and disassemble coating and mixing equipment.

Communicate promptly with Material Handlers regarding ingredient needs.

Safely lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

Able to read and write English; complete all production documentation.

Comfortable performing mathematical calculations.

Team-oriented with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Able to lift up to 60 lbs comfortably.

Prior food production experience preferred.
