Director of Compliance and Performance Management
Position Summary
A growing professional services organization is seeking a senior leader to oversee compliance functions and strengthen operational performance across the business. This role is responsible for ensuring departmental consistency, tracking key performance data, and improving organizational efficiency through structured processes and accountability measures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Guide teams in meeting organizational performance targets and maintaining compliance expectations
- Review operational activity and develop regular reports on productivity, workflow accuracy, and policy adherence
- Evaluate existing procedures, identify areas for improvement, and implement updated practices to streamline operations
- Work closely with leadership and department managers to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and quality standards
- Promote consistency, reliability, and accountability across daily operations and long-term initiatives
Required Background
8+ years’ experience in operations oversight, compliance management, or a related leadership roleStrong history of implementing KPIs, managing team performance, and interpreting operational dataDemonstrated ability to analyze processes and drive organizational improvementsExperience in regulated or structured environments (such as legal, financial, or other professional services) is helpful but not requiredFamiliarity with performance tracking tools is a plus; training is provided for internal systemsBenefits
