PEMEX Deer Park is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to play a key role in shaping the refinery?s total rewards strategy for a workforce of about 1,000 employees. You will manage compensation, benefits, and HR systems while advising leaders on competitive pay practices and employee value propositions. You will apply your expertise in compensation design, benefits administration, and HRIS implementation to ensure seamless HR operations, compliance, and a strong employee experience.

PEMEX Deer Park is a highly complex refinery located 18 miles east of Houston in Deer Park, TX. It is part of the Pemex group, a fully integrated oil company in the Americas, working across the entire value chain : exploration, production, industrial processing / refining, logistics, and marketing. The refinery?s rated capacity is 340,000 barrels per day and has the feed flexibility to process multiple grades of crude oil to produce high-quality transportation fuels the world needs. The Pemex site is co-located with other 3rd party chemical facilities, allowing for further integration and optimization of the refinery and its products.
