Chief Executive Officer

The client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer to lead their healthcare services organization through a period of growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling businesses, driving operational improvements, and creating value in partnership with investors. This full-time position can be remote or located at the client's headquarters in Chicago, IL. The CEO will be responsible for setting a strategic vision, driving operational excellence, and building a high-performing team to achieve measurable outcomes in revenue cycle performance, technology optimization, M&A integration, and client success.

Key responsibilities for the Chief Executive Officer include setting and communicating a clear strategic vision aligned with private equity value creation goals, leading company-wide transformation initiatives, and fostering a culture of high performance and innovation. The CEO will also be responsible for designing and implementing best-in-class RCM processes, enhancing reporting systems and financial insights, overseeing legal, finance, and compliance functions, and leading strategic acquisitions and integration efforts. Additionally, the CEO will spearhead the implementation of automation, analytics platforms, and modern RCM tools to enhance operational efficiency and drive long-term sustainability and competitive advantage.

The Chief Executive Officer will serve as a strategic partner to the Board and investors, with full P&L accountability and a mandate to drive long-term growth and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership skills, a data-driven approach, and the ability to build and lead a high-performing team. The CEO will play a critical role in driving operational improvements, scaling the business, and delivering value creation in partnership with investors.
