Apply now for the position of Pricing andFinancial Analyst , and you will partner with sales and the managementteam by providing guidance and expertise on pricing and proposed deal financials.

Your role :

• Develop and model complex service proposals incollaboration with sales, operations, finance, and other stakeholders, ensuringalignment with customer requirements and business objectives.
• Conduct cost analysis, including labor,materials, overhead, and other relevant expenses, to accurately estimate dealcosts and risks.
• Recommend risk mitigation strategies toensure the achievement of financial targets.
• Use pricing benchmarks to evaluate customer’spricing with a focus on price quality improvement.
• Review contract terms and conditions, pricingand margin calculations including escalations to senior management.
• Review deals with non-standard terms to ensureviability of service delivery.
• Support price approval escalations by reviewingand offering guidance based on market data and global business directives.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requestedby management to support decision making.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for thisposition :

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’sdegree preferred.
• 10+ years of successful experience in financeincluding pricing, financial analysis, and proposal development within a healthcare,services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency infinancial modeling, cost analysis and price benchmarking tools.
• Ability to understand and communicate complexfinancial models and concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skillswith the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influencedecision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrivein a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of service offerings forSiemens Healthineers preferred.
• Experience with CPQ and Qlikcloud is a plus.
