Responsibilities Work in a dedicated mammography unit within a healthcare facility Performs radiologic mammography exams and advanced procedures including stereotactic biopsies, clip placements, and drainages Patient population focused on detection of breast tissue abnormalities Monday–Friday, 4x10 hour day shifts per week Uses Epic EMR for charting Perform exams requiring independent judgment, creativity, and initiative Ensure patient identification, order verification, and radiological safety standards Maintain accurate documentation required by regulatory agencies Works with minimal supervision and remains current on new equipment and procedures Dress code and scrub color requirements to be confirmed during onboarding Requirements Active ARRT registration with Advanced Mammography (M) Certification Current state Radiologic Technologist license (license required if applicable) Current AHA BLS certification valid through entire assignment Must meet and maintain all ACR, FDA, and MQSA mammography requirements Minimum of 1 year recent experience in mammography required High School Diploma or GED required Experience with mammography equipment and Epic EMR is preferred Ability to lift, stand, walk, push / pull, and communicate effectively Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-615944.
