Job Title : Temp Housing Compliance Admin
Location : Bushwick, Brooklyn, NY
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay Rate : $25 / hour

Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish-English) Housing Compliance Administrator for a temporary full-time role in Bushwick. The ideal candidate will have experience in housing compliance, recertifications, and administrative support, with a strong command of Yardi and Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist with housing compliance documentation, including recertifications and eligibility verifications
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates in Yardi
Communicate with tenants and housing authorities in both English and Spanish
Prepare reports and correspondence using MS Word and Excel
Support the compliance team with audits and file reviews
Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications :
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Prior experience in housing compliance, recertifications, or related administrative roles
Familiarity with Yardi software (strongly preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Pay Details : $25.00 to $26.00 per hour
