King-Bruwaert House is a premier Senior Living community located in Burr Ridge, Illinois. We are excited with the completion and openings of our two newest additions to KBH, The Martin Jahn Healthcare Pavilion (Skilled Care), and The Gardens, our Independent Living luxurious apartments. As we continue to welcome our residents to their new homes, our staff base continues to grow as well.

Here at King-Bruwaert House we pride ourselves with providing our residents with the best quality care they deserve. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Human Resources Assistant to join us here at KBH. Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidential and sensitive matter professionally. The successful applicant will support the Onboarding process by ensuring all new hire physicals and drug screens are completed in a timely manner. Background checks are completed within the guidelines of IDPH.

Responsibilities

Support the onboarding process by ensuring all new hire physicals and drug screens are completed in a timely manner. Conduct background checks within IDPH guidelines. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of HR Administrative experience
• Must have at least a High school Diploma (Associate's Degree preferred)
• Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality regarding sensitive matters and protected information
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to work well with all levels of staff members
• Must have the ability to prioritize administrative tasks and follow through independently
