Do you have mechanical and or electronic skills / aptitude? If so, this could be the job for you! We need people who can diagnose and repair mechanical tools in a production environment. Work with minimal assistance and supervision to meet performance standards for the repair center, bringing questionable cases to management s attention. Possess the computer skills to complete the data entry of repair information.
1st shift positions - flexible hours working between hours of 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm Monday thru Saturday
KEY TASKS / ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Diagnose and repair tools
Inspect, troubleshoot and diagnose a variety of incoming tools.
Determine worn or broken parts
Replace or repair defective parts, using appropriate tools and techniques
Test incoming repairs to specification and know how to use test equipment
Calibrate and maintain test equipment
Determine warranty on incoming repairs
Required to meet individual cell / department goals.
Provide information to engineering on problem codes for tools
Perform data entry on company and repair center computer system and MS Office Suite
Maintain accurate data entry of transactions to ensure correct invoicing of customers.
Inventory Control / Management
Monitor and maintain department parts inventory
Responsible for maintaining a clean and safe department, and work area.
