Job Summary
The Support Services Specialist maintains procedural standards for a multitude of processes in both host systems while ensuring Internal Audit Guidelines are being met, guided by Accounts Receivable Leadership and the objectives of the SSC. The position serves as a support liaison between internal users, vendors, and the Information Systems / Technology department and investigates and identifies the root cause of moderately complex user, application, and hardware issues. This position's goals are met through professional communication, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA guidelines. The Support Service Specialist position is on-site at the Fort Smith, Arkansas, Shared Services Center facility.
