Job Summary

PAYROLL TECHNICIAN :

The job of Payroll Technician is done for the purpose / s of preparing District payrolls for certificated and classified employees; monitoring payment of employee taxes, benefits and

voluntary deductions; preparing and maintaining payroll records, files and reports. Incumbents in this classification provide students and staff with fiscal services which in tum directly supports learning.

• Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) current letters of recommendation written within the last 12 months)

It is important to note, to become an employee of Grossmont Union High School District, there will be a fingerprinting requirement that currently costs $72 (this is an up-front, out-of-pocket cost).
