About the Role :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to join our finance team. This role is responsible for managing the full AR cycle, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and reporting. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong analytical skills, and is committed to maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on overdue invoices.

Prepare AR reports and assist with month-end close activities.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition.

Support audits and special projects as needed.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

2+ years of AR experience, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
