.NET Systems Integration Analyst / Systems Analyst

Job  Summary The System Analyst will support DHCA’s Housing Portal Phase IIb by leading the integration of approximately six housing databases and related programs—Licensing, Code Enforcement, Multifamily, Landlord and Tenant, Rent Stabilization, and Common Ownership Communities—into a unified platform.

The analyst will assess current systems, design and document integration workflows, and ensure seamless data exchange across SQL Server, SharePoint, Azure, and internal applications.

This role will also define business process models, coordinate with stakeholders to capture functional needs, and provide technical guidance to advance DHCA’s long-term data modernization goals, including unified reporting, automation, and improved operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Deliverables include a requirements traceability matrix, backend data architecture documentation, and integration design diagrams that define how DHCA databases will interconnect through the Housing Portal.
• The analyst will ensure that all data integration activities adhere to County IT security policies, data privacy standards, and applicable regulations related to housing data.
• The analyst will develop scripts, utilities, or proof-of-concept connectors to validate backend integration designs.
