We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-focused, customer-oriented team member for the role of Property Manager. As a Property Manager, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Work independently to manage daily property operations.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, including answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
• Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits according to company policies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure safety and maximize units available for rent.
• Average Day : prepare for opening, ensure cleanliness and working order, perform property walks, assist customers, handle rental agreements, process payments, perform inspections, and ensure safety and security measures. May engage in virtual meetings, projects, and continued training; conclude with closing procedures.
