Associate Director of Strategic Projects

The Associate Director of Strategic Projects will execute administrative projects, tasks, and procedures. Working across the administrative services landscape, the Associate Director will work to organize the various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude projects undertaken by the Administrative Services Unit to improve processes and efficiencies. This individual will largely work at the direction of the Deputy Chief (CHRO) to help support the day-to-day administrative needs and projects. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
About You : You have excellent time-management, multi-tasking, organizational, communication, research, analytical, writing, proofreading, and interpersonal skills. You have the ability to take initiative, prioritize duties, work independently and within a team environment, pay close attention to detail, meet deadlines, do appropriate follow-up, work well under pressure, and maintain an enthusiastic work ethic. This includes maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, while also understanding his / her own contribution to the team. You have strong follow-through for problem resolution without reminders from others. This includes the ability to communicate those results to interested parties and is attentive to details.
Minimum Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years of experience in Government, Public Administration, Public Policy or Business Administration or related field; or a Master's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field.
