REQUIREMENTS

Experience with patent litigation trial, motions, depositions, expert reports, and discovery management is required. Additional requirements include strong writing skills and strong academic credentials with specifically a degree in molecular biology or advanced chemistry degree, to show experience with biotechnology / biologic pharmaceuticals.
