Nurse Practitioner – Fee for Service

ProRank, a healthcare search firm, is partnering with a respected healthcare organization to hire experienced Nurse Practitioners (Fee for Service) . This role is ideal for providers with backgrounds in long-term care, primary care, or geriatrics who are passionate about delivering personalized care and improving the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and manage residents' medical and psychological needs
• Prescribe medications, order labs / diagnostics, and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Conduct Medicare-required and acute visits
• Initiate advance care planning when appropriate
• Document care accurately and submit billing information
• Collaborate with supervising physicians and participate in on-call rotation
• Educate facility staff and support quality improvement initiatives
