Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Hospice Visit Nurse. The role is located in Madison, WI, but some work from home is acceptable. The Hospice Visit Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including conducting home visits to assess and manage patient needs. Responsibilities include administering medication, providing palliative care, coordinating with medical professionals, and offering emotional support to patients and their families.
