At Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE), Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a clinic-based setting under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Whether you’re new to the field or already certified, you’ll receive training, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth.

Requirements

Active RBT certification (required) At least 1 year of ABA therapy experience preferred A strong passion for helping children with autism through evidence-based care Reliable, professional, and eager to continue learning and advancing
