The position : We are hiring for a Program Analyst position. The role involves analyzing programs, processes, procedures, and business needs. You will contribute to business decisions by planning and monitoring organizational performance to meet program goals and objectives. The Program Analyst II will support Business Intelligence (BI) needs by implementing and maintaining BI solutions for key strategic and operational initiatives. This position requires collaboration with IT, other technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure end-user needs for BI solutions are met.

The ideal candidate has :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, government, public administration, or similar
  • 24 years of experience in a compliance role interacting with complex regulatory structures or similar

    • Core Knowledge and Abilities :

  • Analytical Skills : Ability to assess organizational challenges, conduct management studies, and recommend effective solutions.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with federal housing program compliance and voucher programs. Project management familiarity.
  • Communication & Training : Skilled in clear verbal and written communication, program development, and delivering training.
  • Collaboration & Leadership : Capable of leading meetings, managing timelines, and building strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders.

    • What will you do?

  • Work as part of the Housing Choice Voucher compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance of the project-based program
  • Monitor Project-Based Voucher contract compliance with external partner agencies
  • Conduction compliance trainings for new partner agencies and staff to address common compliance concerns
  • Maintain a comprehensive schedule of contract renewals and rent increase processes
  • Monitor and maintain contract files in compliance with federal laws and regulations
  • Build strong relationships with outside housing partners as a first call resource on contract compliance concerns
  • Initiate new project-based voucher contracts adhering to environmental review and subsidy layering requirements
  • Work closely with project-based occupancy team to facilitate occupancy work downstream from Program Analyst
  • Provide detailed program data for yearly MTW Annual Plan and MTW Annual report
