The Mcaps Core & Solution Area Finance team is seeking a proficient finance professional to be part of the team overseeing part of the product portfolio and driving strategy and execution across key rhythms and deliverables. The selected individual will get to work in a highly collaborative, fast paced (and fun) environment to help drive strategy across various different dimensions of the Commercials Sales Organization. This position requires the ability to communicate strategy concisely and consistently, so business acumen and polished presentation and communication skills need to be your strengths. Responsibilities

The role requires a high degree of agility and skill in navigating multiple senior stakeholder requirements while enabling accelerated growth aspirations for the business in a highly competitive market environment. To be successful, the individual needs to be hyper collaborative and have an analytical background to drive / deliver on rhythms such as month close, forecast, and fiscal planning.

Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
