Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Customer Success Readiness Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

Compile and analyze data related to customer satisfaction and performance

Streamline data insights into actionable feedback for operational enhancements

Coordinate cross-organizational resolution efforts for issues and escalations

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Program Coordination, Operations, or Analytics

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools

Experience in cross-functional environments managing multiple priorities

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for data analysis
