We are looking for a Global Leader, Talent Management to design, drive, and execute Zscaler's global strategy for succession planning and critical talent development. This is a global program leadership role with a strong emphasis on execution, aimed at future-proofing our leadership pipeline. Success requires exceptional collaboration and the ability to establish a predictable talent rhythm aligned with business objectives. You will oversee development of critical talent for the global tech function and all functions within the Americas, partnering with Business Partners and regional talent partners to drive effective development within their regions. This position is based in San Jose, CA (with in-office work Tuesday-Thursday) and reports to our Senior Director of Talent Development. You will be responsible for :

• Leading Global Succession Planning : Design and execute a cohesive global strategy to build and monitor leadership pipelines for Critical Roles. Partner with HRBPs, Regional Talent Partners, and Executive Recruiting to identify talent gaps, translate needs into actionable hiring objectives, and ensure follow-through. Deliver concise, data-driven succession pipeline insights to C-suite stakeholders.
• Developing and Retaining Critical Talent : Provide tailored coaching and development for leaders in succession plans. Collaborate with Senior Leaders to accelerate leadership readiness and address retention risks for critical talent.

Zscaler's salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission / bonus / equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range : $147,000 - $210,000 USD
