Medical Receptionist Location : Plano, TX (West Plano) Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity Delta Dallas is collaborating with a newly established small medical practice in West Plano, comprised of experienced medical doctors with a collective tenure of over 15 years.
This dedicated team aims to deliver top-notch healthcare services to their patients. We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Front Office professional to join their team, someone who is not only highly professional but also brings a dynamic and proactive approach to their role. Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a fast-paced medical office environment with multiple doctors
- Proficient in handling electronic medical records
- Excellent communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
Office Hours :
Monday-Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm - this role is 100% on-site.
Job Requirements
- Responsibilities : Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer phone calls and schedule appointments Verify patient insurance information and collect co-pays Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) in EClinicalWorks (ECW) system Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents Provide excellent customer service to patients and address their inquiries or concerns Coordinate referrals to specialists or other healthcare providers Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized
