Behavioral Health Therapist - Kalamazoo

Are you passionate about supporting patients through life's most difficult moments? Beacon Health System in Kalamazoo is seeking a Behavioral Health Therapist to join our dedicated team.

In this critical role, you will :

  • Screen patients in crisis to assess their needs and level of care.
  • Collaborate with providers to recommend appropriate next steps, including inpatient referral or discharge.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients and families during high-stress situations.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care and smooth transitions.

    • Qualifications :

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
  • Current Michigan licensure (LMSW, LPC, or LLP).
  • Crisis intervention experience preferred.
