We design, deliver and operate agile, secure, resilient and scalable foundational infrastructure for Capital One to thrive in and with the cloud. At the heart of the foundational infrastructure, serving the hyper-connected digital business, is the Network.

Role

As a Product Leader for Secure Service Edge, you will deliver network security solutions to protect employee access to Capital One business and productivity apps, SaaS apps and internet destinations, with a consistent and simplified user experience, irrespective of whether they're working from campus, back-office or remote locations, by leveraging a risk-based approach and data-driven strategy to balance security, user experience and digital business transformation.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

Chicago, IL : $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

McLean, VA : $226,000 - $257,900 for Director, Product Management

New York, NY : $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management

Plano, TX : $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

Richmond, VA : $205,400 - $234,400 for Director, Product Management

San Francisco, CA : $246,500 - $281,300 for Director, Product Management

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
