Business Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert on business systems and operations

Identify and execute opportunities to improve efficiencies and modernize processes through technology

Document workflows, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and client onboarding

Required Qualifications

4-year college degree required

5-7 years of previous similar work experience in IT, project management, or related fields preferred

PMP certification preferred

Proficiency in business process modeling tools (e.g., BPMN)

Basic knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages preferred
