Salary : on a RVU system (average pay is around $1700 for days and $2000 for a night shift but obviously varies based on the day).
Full group paid Medical / Dental / Vision up to $1500 / mo coverage on the medical insurance. Employee plus children / dependents are free.
Adding a spouse to the plan is a $150 / mo contribution. Anthem Blue Cross Gold / Silver / Bronze PPO offered. Can choose your plan.
Group paid long term disability, malpractice with tail, licensing / DEA
Can contribute to 401k plan starting day 1. After 1 year of employment the group contributes 7% of wages (up to the maximum income limit we can use for determining this by IRS) whether the employee contributes to 401k or not.
