Lead Designer, User Experience Design

Location : Wilmington, DelawareJob Type : PermanentCompensation Range : $150,000 - 170,000 per yearWe are seeking a Lead Designer with a strong background in user experience and design leadership to join our team. This role is crucial for defining and implementing a cohesive digital experience across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and tactical leader, capable of translating complex business goals into intuitive, user-centered design frameworks.
